Good day momshie!! Paano mo pinanganak si baby? Thru Vaginal Birth with that painful labor? O Thru Cesarian Section with that post operative pain and scar?
Both means a lot to us momshie! At parehong nagpapatunay ito ng totoo at walang hanggang pagmamahal natin kay baby.
I am proud of you! We all are!
Me,I have experienced it BOTH. Can you imagine?! I gave birth to my Panganay thru Normal Spontaneous Delivery. Felt labor for 5 hours (yes, blessed dahil hindi ganon katagal katulad ng sa iba) and the excruciating pain when the baby is about to come. But like what they say, lahat ng sakit mawawala pag nakita mo na si baby.
Then got pregnant with my 2nd child. Gave birth to my Bunsoy thru Cesarian Section. Because I experienced LEAKING BAG OF WATER o yung paglabas ng Amniotic Fluid sa aking pwerta ng hindi ako naglalabor.. At the same time nakita din sa aking ultrasound na nagkaroon na si baby ng TIGHT CORD COIL o pagpulupot ng cord coil sa kanyang leeg na napakadelikado. These are just a few example of the indication to undergo CS. So, my OB decided to perform an Emergency CS. Sobrang nahirapan ako is after my operation. Yung feeling na hindi ka agad makakaihi after they remove your urinary cathether. Yung hindi ka agad makakalakad. Or should I say, parang nagsisimula ka uli matutong maglakad. And the pain in the incision alone after maalis ang effect ng anesthesia is just enough to say that the pain you'll feel in Normal Delivery is double the pain in CS section.
BUT THE QUESTION IS, KAPAG BA NACS KA NA.. CS KA NA ULIT SA MGA SUSUNOD MONG PAGBUBUNTIS??
Yan kasi ang alam nang nkakarami, the answer is NO.
There are a lot of indication to consider in having a CESARIAN SECTION and previous CS ALONE is not one of them.
First, your OB will ask for your OR TECHNIQUE to know the reason behind your previous CS at pag nalaman nya na ang rason na ito ay hindi permanenteng rason pagkakaroon ng CS Delivery ay hindi muna ito magdedecide na iCS ka uli.
Second, your OB will ask you to have an ULTRASOUND WITH CS SCAR. (But there are still a lot to consider, like Fetal and Placental Position) at pag ito naman ay Manipis, ibig sabihin ay Hindi ka maaring magLabor at kinakailangan ka na muling maCS.
Third, if the Fetal Position is Cephalic o Ulo ang nauuna at nakita sa iyong ultrasound na walang problema sa iyong Placenta o INUNAN. And you have no underlying problem with your health and pregnancy, then with your OB's permission,
PWEDENG PWEDE KA MANGANAK NG NORMAL EVEN AFTER CESARIAN!
We called that VBAC or Vaginal Birth After Cesarian.
Always remember that every woman's body is different. Every pregnancy is different. And your Delivery will always depend on the current situation. So, you should always have a Prenatal Check up with your OB. Thank you for reading! See you on my next writing!
