Good day momshie! Do you agree that we are the STRONGEST, but we really are SCARED when it comes to our children or the child inside our womb that anything bad may happen to them?
We pray hard everyday for their safety and health.
Hindi ko maexplain yung pain na naramdaman ko as a mom that time.
I felt the loss and the grief.
Iyak ako ng iyak.
What more for those momshies who lost their child inside their womb? I can't imagine their pain.
Lets talk about IUFD or IntraUterine Fetal Death or IntraUterine Fetal Demise.
Question is, KAPAG BA PATAY ANG SANGGOL SA LOOB NG SINAPUPUNAN, NAKAKALASON BA ITO SA INA?
Why? There's no need to panic as long as the Vital Signs of the momshie is stable and normal. No need to do an Emergency CS if there is no indication or underlying health problem with the mother. Katulad ng lagi kong sinasabi, it will always depend on the current situation. Your OB will decide based on her/his assessment. If the mother is stable usually, o kadalasan, ay hinihintay na kusang lumabas ang bata or with Normal Spontaneous Delivery.
What are the reason behind this nightmare?
Some of it's cause are GESTATIONAL DIABETES, PRE-ECLAMPSIA, , ABRUPTIO PLACENTA, TIGHT CORD COIL. Ilan lang ito sa dahilan ng IUFD. To tell you the truth, there are cases that IUFD IS PREVENTABLE (not all cases momshies, ok?) and prenatal Check up with your OB is the key.
You have a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY if you have:
- ~GDM or Gestational Diabetes Mellitous o Pagtaas ng Blood Sugar tuwing nagbubuntis.
And when your OB knows that you and your baby are at risk, your OB will monitor you and your Baby. Your OB will prescribe you the right medication to control the problem and monitor the baby thru Ultrasound with NST or Non Stress Test.
IUFD is painful indeed EMOTIONALLY. And I am sure na walang ina ang gustong mawalan ng anak. So, as soon as you feel that your baby does not move as much as he/she moves. Consult your doctor immediately. Thank you for reading momshie! See you on my next writing!

Very informative Mam Franz. Momshies will surely learn from your experience. More to come.
